India New Issue-Gabriel India to issue 3-year bonds, bankers say

MUMBAI, Sept 7 (Reuters) - Gabriel India GABR.NS plans to raise up to 10 billion rupees ($105.84 million) through the sale of bonds maturing in three years, three bankers said on Monday. 
It will pay a coupon of 8.15% and has invited commitment bids for the issue on Wednesday, they said. 
The company did not immediately respond to a Reuters email seeking comment.
