POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

May 10, 2022, TORONTO, CANADA - Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V & AIM:
GAL; OTCQX: GALKF) ("Galantas" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that
copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2021
have been posted to shareholders.

 

The Annual and Special Meeting of the Company will be held via teleconference.
