POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

June 2, 2023, TORONTO, CANADA - Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V & AIM:
GAL; OTCQX: GALKF) ("Galantas" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that
copies of its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2022
have been posted to shareholders.

 

The Annual and Special Meeting of the Company is to be held at 11:00 a.m.
(Toronto time) on 27th June 2023 and the Company will be distributing details
of the meeting accordingly to the Company's shareholders.

 

Copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts and details of the Annual
