analysts' estimate of $1.39 bln - LSEG data
    ** Expects annual revenue of $5.89 bln, vs its prior
forecast of $5.85 bln
    ** Revenue from company's core research business up about 6%
at $1.22 bln in Q3
    ** Gartner's Q3 adjusted profit of $2.56 per share beats
LSEG estimates of $1.96 per share
    ** As of last close, shares up 0.4% this year
