The Board of the Company announces that it is satisfied that any inside
information which the Directors and the Company may have in the period leading
up to the announcement of the Half-Year Report and Financial Statements for
the period ended 31 March 2025 has been announced to the market. The Company
is therefore not prohibited from repurchasing its own shares, during the
period prior to the release of its Half-Year Report and Financial Statements.
The Board anticipates that the Half-Year Report and Financial Statements will
be announced to the market on or around Thursday, 12 June 2025.
