Annual General Meeting & Extraordinary General Meeting

GCP Infrastructure, the only UK listed fund focused primarily on investments in UK infrastructure debt, has today published a notice of its 2018 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), to be held at 11 a.m on 9 February 2018.
The Company has also today published a circular and notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") in order to approve a resolution in relation to a proposed share issuance programme (the "2018 Share Issuance Programme") which will replace the Company's current placing programme.
The EGM will be held at 11.15 a.m on 9 February 2018.
The AGM and EGM notices have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at:www.hemscott.com/nsm.do and can also be obtained from the Company Secretary or from the Company's website, at: https://www.graviscapital.com/funds/gcp-infra
