EU/SUMMIT:
European Union leaders convene in Brussels on Thursday for a packed summit to debate how best to curb surging exports from China blamed by industry groups for factory closures, how to cope with high energy prices and how to bridge wide differences over the future EU budget.

Exail Technologies posted a third-quarter consolidated turnover 121 million euros, and confirmed its 2026 guidance.
DEME Group DEME.BR
Deme signed a contract to install 69 wind turbines at Zeevonk offshore wind farm, for a total capacity of about 1 GW.
FRANCE/POLITICS/MARINE LE PEN:
France cannot keep financing Ukraine due to the "perilous" state of the euro zone's second-biggest economy, far-right presidential candidate Marine Le Pen said on Wednesday.

Gecina posted end-September total gross rental income at 531.7 million euros, and confirmed its 2026 guidance.
Gaztransport et Technigaz GTT.PA
GTT Energy received order from Hanwha Ocean to design two new LNG carriers tanks, which are due to be delivered by the fourth quarter of 2029.
