Notification to Shareholders in regard to Subscription Rights

 

The Board of the Company announces that shareholders currently have the right
to subscribe for one new Ordinary Share for every five Ordinary Shares held in
the Company on 30 April each year.

The Company announces Subscription Rights Price at 94.26 pence on 5 May
2026. The exercise date for the next Subscription Right is expected to be 30
April 2027.

The new Ordinary Shares subscribed for will be issued within 14 Business Days
of the relevant Subscription Date to those Shareholders in whose name the
Ordinary Shares are registered on the Subscription Date.
