2022 Annual Report and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting

 

The Company announces that the 2022 Annual Report (available on the Company's
website since 16 March 2023) and the Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting are
being distributed or made available to shareholders electronically today, 28
April 2023.

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 7 June 2023 at
10:00 am GMT. The meeting will be held at Linklaters LLP, One Silk Street,
London, EC2Y 8HQ, United Kingdom.

 

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the above documents will be
submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for
inspection via the FCA National Storage Mechanism.
