The Company announces that on 29 June 2023 Michael Lynch-Bell, the Senior
Non-Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial
responsibilities ('PDMR'), on the same day purchased 15,000 Ordinary Shares of
US$ 0.01 each (the "Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £0.1921
pence per share.
