Change to Date of Admission
URA announced yesterday its intention to raise £280,000 in ordinary shares in
the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and £50,000 by way of a
convertible loan note (the "Fundraise").
Application has been made for the 14,000,000 new Ordinary Shares to be
admitted to the standard list of the FCA and to trading on the main market for
listed securities of the London Stock Exchange plc. The Company previously
announced it expected that admission would become effective on 29 May 2023.
Due to the UK public holiday, the Company now expects that admission will
become effective on 30 May 2023.
