Change in Company Secretary and Change of Registered Office

The Board of URA (LSE: URAH) is pleased to announce, with effect from 28
October 2022, the appointment of OHS Secretaries Limited as Company Secretary,
and the retirement of Michael James Langoulant as the Company Secretary. The
board thanks Mike Langoulant for his services since his appointment and wish
him well in his present activities.

The registered office of the Company has also changed with immediate effect to
9(th) Floor, 107 Cheapside, London, United Kingdom EC2V 6DN.
