Gem Resources Plc (LSE: GEMR), the owner and operator of the Gravelotte Emerald Mine in South Africa, today announces that Peter Redmond, a director and a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities purchased a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, in the market, at prices between 0.48p and 0.49p per share over the period 24 to 26 February 2025.
