** Stock hits the highest point since September 8 in the third consecutive session of gain
** China-based innovative drugs developer says it repurchased 872,000 H shares, or 0.227% of the issued share capital, on September 18
** Company says it may continue to repurchase shares subject to market conditions
** YTD, stock up 13.5%, Hang Seng Biotech Index .HSBIO up 15.9%
