Dec 28 (Reuters) - Tae Yang C&L Co Ltd  072520.KQ  : 
     
    * Says it will buy 598,668 shares of a company which is 
engaged in waste disposal and recycled material production, from 
Lee Eun Seok and other 4 individuals  
    * Transaction amount is 7.69 billion won 
    * Says it will hold 99.8 percent stake(598,668 shares) in 
the waste disposal firm, after the transaction
