genedrive plc (AIM: GDR), the point of care pharmacogenetic testing company announces that on 28 August 2026, Dr Gino Miele, Chief Executive Officer, acquired 700,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 1.38p per share and Russ Shaw, Chief Financial Officer, acquired 700,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 1.40p per share.
Following these purchases, Dr Gino Miele, is interested in 7,902,187 Ordinary Shares, 0.49% of the issued share capital of the Company and Russ Shaw is interested in 8,400,000 Ordinary Shares, 0.52% of the issued share capital of the Company.
