much as 16.7% to A$1.015, highest since Oct. 17, 2018
    ** Development fund operator says fiscal 2021 annual sales
rose to A$404 mln ($301.30 mln) from A$332 mln a year earlier

    ** Stock up ~29% this year, as of last close
