Generation Development Group Limited, formerly Austock Group Limited, is a pooled development fund that specializes in providing development capital to financial sector businesses. The Company operates in the life insurance sector in Australia. The Company holds interest in two funds: Austock Life's Funds Under Management (FUM) (Austock Life) and Austock Financial Services. Austock Life is a specialist issuer of insurance bonds. Its Imputation Bond product offers investors an investment menu and strategy-based avenues for incorporating tax-paid lump sums into financial plans to meet life-event objectives. These include education funding, home ownership and estate planning as an accessible alternative to superannuation. Austock Financial Services provides under an outsourcing agreement administration services, including unit pricing, fund valuation, investment and fund accounting, fund administration and business registry services for Austock Life's Imputation Bond and ChildBuilder.
