Profile Summary
KKR Credit Income Fund (the Fund) is an investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide unitholders with an income stream as well as to achieve attractive long-term capital appreciation over a full market cycle by providing investors with exposure to underlying credit investments that are diversified (by number of investments and across geographies and asset classes). It seeks to achieve this objective by investing directly in KKR Lending Partners Europe II (Euro) Unlevered SCSp (EDL Euro Fund) and in a profit participating note issued by KKR Global Credit Opportunities Access Fund L.P. (the Access Fund). It seeks to deliver investors with a medium-term average total return of 6% to 8% per annum through the market cycle. It invests in various sectors, including industrials, information, technology, consumer discretionary, financials, communication services, health care, consumer staples and others. Its investment manager is KKR Australia Investment Management Pty Ltd.
