July 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Tuesday:
 
** KKR has joined Amwins Group and Dragoneer Investment Group in the consortium bidding to acquire Steadfast, the Australian broker said on Tuesday. nL6N43G0CR

** Genesis Minerals <GMD.AX> has agreed to acquire smaller peer Vault Minerals <VAU.AX> in a deal that would create Australia's third-largest gold producer with a market capitalisation of around A$12.6 billion ($8.71 billion).  nL4N43F1SOt
