Total Voting Rights

In accordance with paragraph 5.6.1 of the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Genuit Group plc ('Genuit', the
'Company' or the 'Group'), announces that as at 29 May 2026, the Company had
the following number of ordinary shares of £0.001 each in issue, ordinary
shares held in treasury, and total voting rights attaching to the issued share
capital:

 Number of ordinary shares in issue                         252,178,198
 Number of ordinary shares held in treasury                 375
 Total voting rights attaching to ordinary shares in issue  252,177,823

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in the Company, under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
