** Stock hits its biggest intraday percentage gain since September 23

** More than 39.7 million shares traded in block deals at price range of 67.9 rupees to 68.22 rupees

** Stock sees busiest session on record, with more than 65 mln shares traded - 118.6x the 30-day avg

** Stock down 35.1%, YTD
