Brief: Geotrans updates on FY 2016 EBIT financial forecast

Feb 1 (Reuters) - Geotrans SA  GTSP.WA : 
    * Said on Tuesday that its unit, Kompania Elektryczna sp. z 
o.o. (Kompania Elektryczna) is in dispute with Torpol SA 
 TOR.WA  for additional works done in the field of electrical 
installations on investment Dworzec Podziemny Nowa Lodz 
Fabryczna 
    * The amount of the dispute is 4.1 million zlotys ($1.02 
million)  
    * Torpol counted also a contractual penalty of 3.7 million 
zlotys  
    * In the opinion of Kompania Elektryczna there are no 
grounds for contractual penalty and it will demand from Torpol 
payment for the additional works and compensation  
    * Following the dispute, the company's financial forecast 
concerning consolidated FY 2016 EBIT at 4.6 million zlotys, may 
not be realized
