Getech (AIM: GTC), a world-leading locator of subsurface resources, announces that Non-Executive Director Alyson Levett will step down from the Board and as Chair of the Audit and Remuneration Committees in three months' time on 21 August 2026, to pursue other commercial opportunities. A search has commenced to find a suitable replacement.
Michael Covington, Chairman of Getech, said, "Alyson has been a strong presence on the Board and instrumental in supporting the Company strengthen its financial position. We are grateful for her input, especially as Chair of the Audit Committee and wish her well in all her future commercial activities."
