Notice of Results and Investor Presentation

Getech (AIM: GTC), the geoenergy company and owner of hydrogen developer, H2
Green, is pleased to confirm that it will announce its financial results for
the twelve month period ended 31 December 2022 on Monday, 5 June 2023.

Richard Bennett, Executive Chairman, will provide a live investor presentation
relating to the financial results via the Investor Meet Company (IMC) platform
on Thursday, 8 June 2023 at 10.00am UK time.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
