Notice of Results and Investor Presentations

Getech (AIM: GTC), a world leading locator of subsurface resources, is pleased
to confirm that it will announce its financial results for the six months to
30 June 2023 on Monday, 25 September 2023.

Richard Bennett, Executive Chairman, will provide two virtual investor
presentations relating to the financial results.

Investor Meet Company

Taking place on Monday, 25 September 2023 at 10.00am UK time via the Investor
Meet platform.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.

Change of Name of Nominated Adviser and Broker

The Company also announces that Cenkos Securities, its Nominated Adviser and
Broker, has changed its name to Cavendish Securities plc following completion
of its own corporate merger.
