Canada's GFL to buy Secure Waste in about $4.63 billion deal
April 13 (Reuters) - Waste management firm GFL Environmental GFL.TO said on Monday it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Secure Waste Infrastructure SES.TO in a deal worth about C$6.4 billion ($4.63 billion), including debt.
