Completion of acquisition of Flavor Producers

 

 

Further to its announcement on 15 April 2024, Glanbia plc confirms that it has
completed today the acquisition of Aroma Holding Company, LLC, the holding
company of Flavor Producers LLC, the completion conditions having been
satisfied.
