** Facade manufacturer's June qtr consolidated net profit falls 7.7% Y/Y to 173 mln rupees ($1.8 mln) due to weak margins; revenue up 35.8% Y/Y
** EBITDA margin drops to 21.3% from 26.6% year ago
** GLAS up ~35% since trading debut on Sept 16
