Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Glencore plc releases today its Notice of AGM, which will be held on 28 May
2025 at 12 p.m.  Central European Summer Time at Theater-Casino Zug,
Artherstrasse 2-4, Zug, Switzerland.

The Notice of Meeting and Form of Proxy for the AGM are being made available
or posted to shareholders today.
