intraday pct gain since Sept. 8
    ** MTC at highest level since Sept. 21
    ** Co says acquired Sauvolles Lithium Project in Quebec,
Canada
    ** Adds, project contains multiple mapped pegmatites and
minerology
    ** Field exploration to commence in coming weeks with Magnor
Exploration - MTC
    ** Nearly 126,500 shares change hands, versus 30-day average
volume of 30,892 
    ** Stock down 71% this year, as of last close
