** Co signs a 10-year spodumene concentrate supply agreement
with China's Suzhou TA&A Ultra Clean Technology Co 300390.SZ
** Under deal, Suzhou TA&A to buy and take delivery of at
least 30% of available product from GL1's ops
** GL1 stock up for a fifth straight session; set for best
day since Feb. 17 if gains hold
** Up 56.8% this year, as of last close
