** Shares of Australia's Global Lithium Resources Ltd
 GL1.AX  rise as much as 5% to A$1.465, hitting highest since
May 25
    ** Lithium explorer says it has achieved a 90% increase in
lithium oxide grades from initial ore sorting trials at its
Manna lithium project in Western Australia
    ** Co plans further trials to extract lithium from targeted
ore domains within its Manna mineral resource
    ** Stock down 24.4% YTD, as of last close
