Global Lithium Resources says Dianmin Chen appointed as managing director, CEO
MELBOURNE, Feb 14 (Reuters) - Global Lithium Resources
GL1.AX said on Friday that Dianmin Chen was appointed as
managing director and CEO at its annual shareholder meeting on
Thursday.
Newly proposed directors Liaoliang (Leon) Zhu and Xiaoxuan
(David) Sun were also elected to Global Lithium’s board at the
meeting, it said in an exchange filing.
