Executive Chair Resignation

The Company wishes to advise that Executive Chairman, Mr Daniel Page has today
tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.

The Company thanks Mr Page for his service since joining the Board in late
November 2023 and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
