India's Godrej Industries extends record high rally on block deals

** Shares of Godrej Industries  GODI.NS  rise as much as
5.6% to 823.75 rupees, hitting a record high    
    ** GODI has hit record high in each of the last three
sessions of trading, including Tuesday
    ** Over 1.1 mln shares traded in two separate block deals
priced between 799.75 and 809.60 rupees apiece - LSEG
    ** More than 2.4 mln shares change hands by 1:28 p.m. IST,
5.3x of 30-day avg
    ** More than 2 mln shares of co were traded in single
sessions five times in 2023
    ** Stock rose 73.2% in 2023, its best yearly performance
since 2012
