    ** Co confirms rare earths (REE) and critical minerals from
Mt Sterling project in Western Australia
    ** Says early drilling across 94 holes returns significant
REEs and cobalt, nickel and scandium results
    ** Shares touch their highest since Sept 20
    ** Stock up 8.7% this year, as of last close
