Australia's Asra Minerals rises on raising capital for WA project

** Shares of Asra Minerals Ltd  ASR.AX  rise as much as
11.8% to A$0.019 — set for their best day since Nov. 30, if
gains hold 
    ** The gold explorer says it has raised A$2.5 mln ($1.71
mln) to advance its rare earth (REE), and critical minerals
profile at the Mt Stirling project in Western Australia
    ** Adds that funds raised to advance its flagship REE
project with planned drilling to commence in first quarter of
2023
    ** ASR hits its highest level since Nov. 30
    ** Shares down ~26.1% YTD, as of last close 
($1 = 1.4622 Australian dollars)
