    ** Mineral explorer says it partnered with Outcrop Silver &
Gold Corp to acquire the Pearl Copper Project in Arizona, United
States
    ** Golden Mile commits to invest up to A$12 mln ($7.95 mln)
over eight years for up to 100% ownership
    ** Stock set for best day since July 31, if current gains
hold     
    ** G88 down 47.4% YTD, as of last close
