Further re Result of Subscription Rights Exercise for Ordinary Shares

Further to the announcement released on 3 December 2025, the Company confirms
that net proceeds of the sale of the 3,718,555 new Ordinary Shares arising in
respect of Subscription Rights not exercised have been paid at a rate of
34.7040361 pence per Ordinary Share.
