The Company announces that it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares with a value of £0.001p in the capital of the Company (the
"Shares"):

 Number of Shares purchased:                                                    10,000 Shares

 Highest price paid per Share:                                                  97.60 pence

 Lowest price paid per Share:                                                   97.60 pence

 Average price paid per Share:                                                  97.60 pence

 Total number of Shares in issue (excluding Shares held in Treasury) following  107,824,428
 the above purchase*

 

*This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used
by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can
determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to
their interest in the Company, under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

 

The Company intends to hold the Shares repurchased in Treasury. Including
Shares which have been purchased but not yet settled, the Company holds 10,000
Shares in Treasury.
