Director Remuneration - Restricted Share Units to be Settled in Cash

Goldplat Plc, (AIM:GDP) the AIM listed Mining Services Group, with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, servicing the African and South American Mining Industry, announces that, further to the previously communicated award of Restricted Share Units (RSUs) to Brent Doster, Chief Financial Officer and to Douglas Davidson, Chief Operating Officer,  as first announced on 28 May 2024 as part of their remuneration, the Board has determined that it will award cash, rather than the issue of new ordinary shares.

Consequently, the Company has cancelled in aggregate 400,000 RSUs, details of which are set out in the PDMR forms below made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 which is part of UK law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.

The cash payment has been calculated to be equivalent to number of shares awarded under the cancelled RSUs multiplied by the volume weighted average price ("VWAP") of Goldplat's shares over the five trading days preceding the payment date, 1 July 2025. This change has been made for administrative simplicity and to avoid dilution to existing shareholders.
