Change in Directors' Responsibilities
Goldplat plc, the AIM listed African gold producer, announces changes in the roles of certain directors with immediate effect. 
Gerard Kisbey-Green, previously a Non-Executive Director, becomes an Executive Director, and takes over the role of Chief Executive Officer; and 
Ian Visagie, previously CEO, remains as an Executive Director on the Board with the primary responsibility for Goldplat's financials. 
Goldplat's Chairman Brian Moritz said, "I am delighted to welcome Gerard as the new CEO of Goldplat. His wide experience in both mining and corporate finance will substantially enhance the skill set of our management team."
