2024 Annual Results Update

Goldplat plc, (AIM:GDP) the AIM listed Mining Services Group, with
international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana,
servicing the African and South American Mining Industry, is pleased to
announce that its annual results for the year end 30 June 2024 are expected to
exceed market expectations.

Due to adjustments identified as part of the year end audit process, some
revenue recognised in Q1 FY25 has been brought forward to Q4 FY24, as final
assays received in Q1 FY25 relating to provisional revenue recognised in Q4
FY24 were adjusted for.

As a result of this and other adjustments identified during the year end
processes, we expect reported profit before tax for the year ended 30 June
2024 to be in the region of GBP6m. Further information will be provided in the
Company's audited annual results, which are due to be published by the end of
December 2024.
