Goldplat has been notified that on 17 May 2022 Gerard Kisbey-Green,
Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 398,333 of ordinary shares of 1
pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of
7.7p.

The shareholding of Gerard Kisbey-Green, following these transactions, amounts
