Resignation of Director

 

Goldplat Plc, (AIM:GDP) the AIM listed Mining Services Group, with
international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana,
servicing the African and South American Mining Industry, announces that Brent
Doster, Goldplat CFO, has resigned in order take up another opportunity.

Brent will remain at Goldplat until the 4 March 2026 to provide an orderly
transfer of his responsibilities in the group. Goldplat will seek a
replacement for this position and in the interim the CFO responsibilities will
be managed by the financial executive team in South Africa, with support from
the CEO who has fulfilled the role in the past.

Commenting on Brent's departure, Gerard Kisbey-Green, non-executive Chairman,
said "Goldplat has benefitted significantly over the last three years from
Brent's industry experience, and we thank him for his contribution over these
years and wish him great success in his new venture".
