Notice of Investor Presentation

Goldplat plc, (AIM: GDP), the AIM listed gold producer, with international
gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, is pleased to
announce that Werner Klingenberg (CEO) will provide a live presentation on the
Company to Investors via the Investor Meet Company platform on 23rd November
2021 at 4.30 pm UK local time.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
