Results of AGM and Adjournment of Meeting

 

Goldplat plc, (AIM: GDP) the AIM listed Mining Services Group, with
international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana,
servicing the African and South American Mining Industry, announces that at
the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were
duly passed with the exception of the first resolution, to receive the report
of the Directors of the Company and the audited financial statements of the
Company for the year ended 30 June 2025.

 

As previously announced, the first resolution was adjourned in order to give
shareholders sufficient time to consider the report and accounts which were
published on 15 December 2025. The date of the adjourned meeting, which will
consider the first resolution, will be confirmed in due course.

 

Following the conclusion of the AGM, as previously announced, Douglas Davidson
has stood down from the Goldplat board and will continue in his role as Group
Chief Operating Officer.
