Update on the sale of Kilimapesa
 
 
 
Goldplat plc, the AIM quoted gold producer, with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana, is please to refer you to announcement of this morning by Papillon Holdings Plc (LON: PPHP) ("Papillon"), indicating that Papillon has submitted its prospectus to the FCA and which also includes an update on the sale of Kilimapesa. 
 
The Company also announces that Gerard Kisbey-Green, a non-executive director of the Company, will be a proposed director of Papillon following the completion of the transaction.
