GoldStone Resources Limited (AIM: GRL), the West and Central Africa focused gold exploration company quoted on AIM, announces that, on 6 September 2017, Stratex International Plc's holding of 34,212,397 ordinary shares of 1.0 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") fell in percentage terms in relation to the Company's issued share capital from 23.09 to 22.97 per cent. following the issue of Ordinary Shares by Goldstone announced on 6 September 2017.
